This role may reside in any Cox Automotive Retail Location including Atlanta, GA, North Hills, NY, Burlington, VT, and Mission, KS.
**RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): - Monthly consolidation of financial expense results, variance analysis, R&O forecast, and key performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations based on risks and opportunities, operational efficiencies, and overall financial alignment with team's goals and objectives.

Drive the development of labor forecasts to align capacity plans which support business needs.
Assist in the development and delivery of monthly metrics package across Implementation and Client Care assisting with analysis as it relates to performance indicators by brand
Partner with Retail Client Operations leads and matrix partners to ensure accurate, timely reporting and analysis for all ad hoc requests.
Work to support the partnership between the Retail Client Support team and the Center of Excellence team to ensure communication and transparency as it relates to key performance drivers and metrics.

**QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with OneStream Enterprise Financial system strongly preferred
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical ability with track record of delivered results
Solid analytical and research capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problemsolving skills
Selfstarter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple, changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating one's own work
Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects
Advanced MS Excel skills required, including formulas, financial functions, pivot tables, design, and formatting for executive presentations
