    Customer Service Representative


    HOURS:
    Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm)


    PAY RATE:
    $17.00/hr. ($18 per hour if you are fluent in Spanish AND English)


    CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their teamThis is an excellent long-term, temporary opportunity with incentive raises and free parking All equipment will be provided, and after training you will be able to work from home 20% of the time.

    Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound callsData EntrySpecial projects as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired onTyping skills 35+ WPMExperience with Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plusAbility to multi-task and be detail-orientedApplicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements
