    Answering and triaging busy phone lines in a calm, professional, and friendly mannerChecking in patients for their appointments including verifying insurance informationScheduling patients based on provider availabilityDocumenting records in electronic medical record systemsAssisting with new patient referralsOther duties as assignedBackground Profile of a

    Patient Service Representative:
    High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's degree preferred1+ year previous administrative/office experience1+ year previous healthcareStrong communication skills on the phone, via email, and in personAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamApplicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements
