- Become an integral part of the organizations commitment to provide holistic patient centered care for women.
- Optimizes patient services and collaborates with the team to create a patient centered environment.
- Provide expertise in the operations and systems of Trinity Health to promote and maintain health and wellbeing in women.
- Monitors and manages the patient referrals.
- Schedules appointments for appointment with the providers, procedures, and diagnostic testing
- Answers phones for the Women's Health Service Line
- Outreach and collaboration with providers both internally and externally
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to four (2-4) years in a healthcare related field.
- Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
- Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.
- Must be able to take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30p

The Women's Health Concierge is an administrative support position who provides patient care coordination by serving as a liaison between the patient and the practitioners and services she may require.
The Women's Health Concierge plays a critical role in the patient experiences and acts as a patient advocate and coordinates all aspects of care to assure the provision of seamless comprehensive services.
