    Description

    We are seeking a creative and organized Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team The ideal candidate will excel in copywriting and content creation. You will oversee the development and execution of our paid media campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and high-impact content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ad Concept Development: Create ad concepts for platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Amazon. Assign ad creation tasks to graphic designers and collaborate with them to ensure the creative concept is met.
    • Content Coordination: Assign photography projects to freelance photographers, providing clear creative briefs and pulling relevant concepts to guide their work. Organize and name ads for the advertising team to streamline campaign execution. Manage the coordination of ads, ensuring all elements are in place for timely and effective deployment.
    • Content Creation and Strategy: Create organic content for ads, handling copy and editing user-generated content (UGC) with various hooks. Develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in copywriting and digital advertising
    • Strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
    • Experience working with graphic designers and freelance photographers is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in copywriting and editing with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong conceptual skills for developing engaging ad campaigns.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and content approval processes.
    • Creative flair with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content.
    • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
