    Mountainside Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and analytical Marketing Assistant to join our growing organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Tracks trends by analyzing conversions, customer profiles, and campaign sources.
    • Assists in preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data from google, digital campaigns, and Facebook.
    • Keeps promotional materials ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, & verifying receipt.
    • Assists in the creation and deployment of email and text marketing campaigns.
    • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for completing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Manages company social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
    • Collaborates with other stakeholders to create a monthly calendar of dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
    • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
    • Assists in social media management with large projects, events, and community management.
    • Works with Director of Marketing to develop large social media campaigns including social media, advertising, and promotions
    • Analyzes and reports audience information, demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
    • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
    • Assists in managing social media communications/responses.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be detail-oriented, able to follow direction, and multi-task.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
    • Knowledge of all social media applications and experience with content creation, advertising, and promotions.
    • Demonstrates strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong listening skills are necessary.
    • The ability to work within a team is essential.
    • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently is essential.
    • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.
    • In addition, troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude with the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
    This is a full-time in-person position with normal work hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Additional hours and occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
