Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in Full-Time for a renowned client in the public sector
Your Responsibilities
- Support in project work and daily operations
- Administrative tasks and monitoring of timely processing
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assistance to the management
- Management of the secretariat
- Taking minutes at meetings and their preparation and followup
- Organization and execution of events
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the administrative field
- Experience in office organization
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and structures
- Good knowledge of English
- Teamwork and strong social skills
- Driver's license class B is desirable
