The Schwäbisch Gmünd Correctional Facility is seeking a
Master Painter (m/f/d) to instruct our incarcerated women in carrying out tasks and for vocational training.


The Schwäbisch Gmünd Correctional Facility is the central women's prison in Baden-Württemberg, with a capacity of up to 360 incarcerated women.


Through a wide range of work and training opportunities, inmates are given the chance to have a structured work day or to obtain a qualified professional degree.

This significantly contributes to the rehabilitation of the inmates.

We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d) for this interesting area of responsibility.


Requirements:

  • Fulfillment of the requirements for civil service employment
  • Examination according to the Vocational Training Ordinance (AEVO)
  • Willingness to complete an 18month preparatory service
  • Aboveaverage motivation, initiative, and a high level of commitment
  • Physical fitness and mental resilience
  • Sense of responsibility, assertiveness
  • Flexibility, willingness to perform, teamwork
  • Understanding of safety requirements
  • Business understanding
