- When someone files a complaint, the Compliants Analyst will will send them a letter that includes their contact information acknowledging the complaint and will explain what was done to investigate the complaint and provide a solution.
- Responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing a more complex variety of support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.
- Clients may call in for an update on their case or for questions after receiving the resolution letter.
- Need to be adept at diffusing situations and able to translate the information in a way the client would understand.
- Work through 8-10 cases per week on average.
- When working through the cases, it will be important to recognize escalation needs as well as opportunities to advocate for the client where needed.
- Must have an active Series 7 license (required)
