- Meet and/or exceed 200 voice to voice calls per month to prospects or their family members
- Respond timely with all website leads, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-ins
- Create and implement effective monthly events for prospect, family, and medical field
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Sales and Marketing Director in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plans
- Effectively work on keeping to date a lead generation marketing database
- Administration paperwork
