**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Event Coordinator:**
Coordinate event management and logistics for webinars and virtual events.
Complete Reporting Dashboards in support of marketing team members projects to measure and report on the success of their programs.
Create processes and procedures then documenting them for activities related to supporting virtual events.
Host coordination meetings as needed, including managing the virtual meetings features such as screen sharing, recording, polling, breakout rooms, muting, etc.
Host prep calls with the customer and guest speakers to ensure their audio, video, Internet, etc. meet specifications and advising them on how to optimize their presentation experience.
Providing post-event support including, attendance reports, edit recordings, etc.
Build strong working relationship with other divisions (Consumer, Networks, Display, etc.) to identify areas of cooperation.
Work with internal creative teams, agencies, and platforms to deliver content.
Plan and manage programs, on time, on budget, to scope.
**SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Event Coordinator:**
2-5 years of experience managing virtual events and webinars.
A degree is not required.
Experience working on projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating schedules.
Track record of driving and piloting new ideas, measuring the impact and iterating
Ability to manage and influence across highly cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, PR, social and marketing
2+ years of experience with Event Management and Webinar applications
Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Works well independently and as part of team
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Adapts well to a fast-paced environment
