- Primary responsibility for the set-up and tear down for events; including setting up tables, chairs, and special equipment as requested by the Event Organizer; provides for event strike including removal of tables, chairs and special equipment as requested by the Event Organizer.
- Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
- Works with Team Leader for coordination of assignments and schedules for all special functions.
- Sweeps, mops and dusts interior areas of buildings, washes walls, windows, woodwork, furniture and light fixtures; strips and polishes hard surface floors; vacuums and cleans carpet; empties waste containers and disposes of waste materials (including properly packaged bio-hazards).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure; refill restroom dispensers; cleans and sanitizes toilet rooms, showers, and drinking fountainsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
