As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished living spaces in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group consists of international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared apartments, we also offer furnished business apartments.

Your Responsibilities

Assisting the rental team in marketing our diverse real estate offerings.
Preparing documents before and after contract signings.
Managing the entire rental contract process, from creating contracts to handling terminations.
Friendly communication with tenants to answer inquiries and provide competent advice to potential renters.
Independently planning and conducting viewings to give potential tenants the best insights.
Coordinating the rental process for new additions to the real estate portfolio.

Your Profile

Completed commercial training and ideally experience in office work.
Independent and organized work style, good sense of priorities.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
A friendly and confident demeanor, as well as good teamwork and communication skills, complete your profile.
