    Description

    • Gateway Foundation is a well-known non-profit organization that specializes in evidence-based treatment for substance abuse.
    • Our team of experts in Addiction Medicine, which includes highly educated clinical and medical professionals, expert psychiatrists, and nurses, provides continuous care to our clients.
    • Join us in our mission to help individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues by becoming a Program Director at Gateway and receive a Sign-on Bonus of $5,000.
    Program Director Responsibilities:
    • Oversee clinical services and client supervision to support program goals.
    • Ensure program services comply with contractual and licensure requirements.
    • Manage client services, including auditing records and reviewing discharge plans.
    • Develop and monitor program budgets and financial reports.
    • Assist in developing program policies and implementing new services.
    • Lead and manage staff, including hiring, evaluating performance, and resolving conflicts.
    • Ensure quality control across program services and facilities.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, criminal justice, public health, or business administration.
    • Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health, or substance abuse counseling preferred.
    • 2 years of relevant experience in a therapeutic community setting.
    • Certification as a CAP, MCAP, CCJAP, LMHC, or LCSW.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Strong knowledge of health administration regulations and management principles.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Starting salary at $86,823 with potential for Management Incentive Compensation.
    • Participation in the Management Incentive Compensation Plan based on performance.
