Our purchasing team ensures daily that all of our products are always available for our customers.

If you have a passion for taking our Own Brand categories to the next level in terms of Super Foods and Healthy Nutrition, and managing all processes related to sourcing, then join our team as a Purchasing/Disposition Manager (m/f/d):

Responsibilities:

You will manage the operational purchasing for our Own Brand categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing outofstock rates
You will maintain good relationships with our suppliers and negotiate the best purchasing and payment terms
In personal meetings with our top suppliers, you will keep them updated and identify opportunities for increasing sales and improving delivery performance
You have a keen eye for optimization potential. You will analyze key assortment metrics, draw the right conclusions, and efficiently implement necessary measures
You will support the development of forecasting logic and processes
You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders, such as Own Brand Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality Management

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree
You have previous experience as a purchaser and in disposition, ideally in ecommerce
You combine analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong "cando" mentality
You have a passion for nutrition and a high interest in Healthy Nutrition
You have strong communication skills in German and English when dealing with suppliers
You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of Dynamics NAV
