We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time care professional, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) to join our facilities Haus Gracht, Haus Kuhlendahl, and Haus auf dem Bruch in Naselle.

Your responsibilities with us:

  • You will provide basic and treatment care
  • You will organize daily work processes according to the needs of the residents
  • You will care for and observe the physical, mental, and emotional states of the residents
  • You will document relevant care data
  • You will accompany doctor's visits and implement medical orders
  • You will monitor compliance with all hygiene measures
  • You will perform all tasks at level 4 according to the new personnel assessment (PeBem)

What you should ideally bring:

  • You have a degree in a nursing profession (geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, health and nursing nurse, nurse, nursing specialist)
  • You love your profession and working with seniors
  • You are committed and enjoy working in a team
  • You are warm and professional in dealing with residents, colleagues, other professions, and family members
