    Company DescriptionJob DescriptionJoyful Jobs is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of an exterior restoration contractor that helps clients navigate the restoration process after weather-related damages have occurred to their property.

    The company is locally owned and operated with a primary focus on roofing and siding replacement. We are based out of Burnsville, MN and service the entire Twin Cities metro area.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    The following is a general outline of duties and is subject to change as dictated by business needs.

    This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and expectations:

    Team Development and Growth:
    Develop and execute recruiting strategiesDevelop and maintain standardized onboarding and training proceduresSupport Field Representatives advancement through one on one coachingMaintain alignment with the company Core Values

    Drive Financial Results:
    Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targetsLead Saturday Sales blitz initiativesTrack field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize over achieversSupport field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as neededProvide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completedMaintain updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives

    Advance Company Culture:
    Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behaviorHost frequent meet ups with sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout seasonWork with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetingsActively participate in larger team eventsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time


    Compensation:
    $50,000+ base annual salary (based on experience) and realistic possibility of $250,000+ total compensation annually, dependent on your team's resultsAnnual performance bonus (2-3% of your team's sales)

    Experience working as a Sales Manager supervising door-to-door field repsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification requiredA minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar roleExtremely organized with good communication skillsDetail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solvingThe ability to perform basic math functions
