You build business relationships and support them You tap into existing and future personnel needs through targeted customer acquisition and needs analysis You advise your customers until the conclusion You conduct sales and contract negotiations, customer presentations, and create offers You identify the current market and competition situation and derive appropriate work methods from it You work closely with your colleagues from the recruiting team And this is what we expect from you: You have successfully completed studies or a comparable commercial or technical education Experience in sales for the IT sector as well as experience in personnel services are an advantage You have fluent German and English skills You have a strong desire for success, which can be reflected in financial incentives
