- Work directly with Co-workers and Customer
- Manage project status and tracking of elements, may be responsible for providing direction and delegation of work
- Assist in PPAP activities to facilitate part qualification and introduction
- Review processes and provide solutions and process recommendations
- Drive improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers
- Present work to customers at reviews and other meetings
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

- BS/AS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- US Citizen required due to the nature of the work
- 1+ years hands on experience in manufacturing with various processes such as turning, 3-5 axis milling, grinding, broaching, special processes, and sheet metal/fabrications recommended
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T standards (ASME Y 14.5) recommended
- Knowledgeable in methods of inspection & gaging concepts recommended

- Combination of Shop Floor and Office environment
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
