Qualifcations

Ideal canidate must have a proven track record in restoration estimating.
Proven experience in restoration estimating, showcasing expertise in platforms like Alacrity, Symbility, Contrator Connection, and Sedgwick
Familiarity with Guidelines and processes set by TPAs and Insurance Companies
Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate and comprehensive estimates
Excellent communitcation
Abilitiy to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Estimator, you will be the main sales person, responsable for assesing and estimating restoration projects within all platforms

Our Company collaborates with third party (TPAs) and insurance companies. following all guide lines and timelines

Communication:
Confirm deductables and maintain effective communication with cordinators, internal teams, TPAs, and insurance companies

Experience perrferred but willing to train the right person

Duties:

Review and interpret project plans and specifications
Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare accurate cost estimates
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
Analyze project scope and compile accurate material, labor, and equipment costs
Develop detailed proposals and present estimates to clients
Negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors to achieve competitive bids
Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget constraints

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and project management
Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
Strong understanding of construction contracts and the ability to negotiate pricing effectively
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with project management principles
Experience in building construction estimates
