    IT ERP Manager
    Location:     Dallas, TX - Hybrid / Remote (onsite 4 days a week in Dallas, TX)
    Travel: up to 25% - 35% annual travel if not local to DFW
    Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Vaco Dallas is currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Implementation Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas TX. This position will serve as the hand-on team lead for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, focusing on both Supply Chain and Finance modules.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, with a primary focus on Supply Chain (including Purchasing, Quality, Inventory Production, Production Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Order Management, and Service Management) and Finance modules (including GL, AP, AR, Tax, Bank Management, Audit, Fixed Assets, and Budgets).
    • Act as the hands-on leader for a team of 5-6 individuals, including system implementation consultants, supply chain consultants, and solution architects, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the implementation process.
    • Wear the hat of a Product Owner in regard to the D365 ERP system, ensuring that the system configurations align with the business requirements and objectives.
    • Serve as the liaison between multiple lines of business, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.
    • Apply configurations to meet business needs, while also providing necessary pushback where appropriate.
    • Utilize your experience working with global teams to effectively coordinate and implement system configurations across different regions.
    • Facilitate merger and acquisition activities related to the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, with a strong background in Supply Chain and Finance operations modules.
    • Hands-on managerial experience, including hiring, managing, and developing teams.
    • Advanced technical skills and ability to configure ERP modules effectively.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
    • Experience in a Product Owner role / capacity, ensuring alignment of system configurations with business requirements.
    • Influential personality with strong leadership skills, able to drive results and motivate teams effectively.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, ADP (Payroll), and Epicor.
    • Familiarity with EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, etc.).
    • Manufacturing industry experience is required.
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Certification in Scrum or product management preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of product management principles.
    • Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
    • Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. - Relocation assistance is not provided for this position - the candidate must be willing to relocate at their own expense or travel as needed 30% - 40% of the year to meet the business needs.
    In our commitment to transparency throughout the hiring process, we provide a target annual base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) experience, work location, and skills. Additionally, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits and bonuses, provided by the hiring employer.
