    Description

    Poste : Strategic Account Manager

    Description :

    • Scouting and Sector Coverage
    • Detect new opportunities and promptly handle all types of leads in assigned markets
    • Gather prospect information (digital, social networks, professional sites)
    • Create commercial proposals & Conduct sales meetings
    • Understand and master the company's overall processes and Prodware's strategic markets
    • Precisely qualify prospects' needs and challenges
    • Manage all stages of the sales cycle to closure: involve Prodware's resources at the right stage, find ways to shorten the sales cycle, propose ideas to differentiate us from competitors through industry and market knowledge
    • Coordinate the response building and develop the commercial offer in collaboration with pre-sales, delivery teams, and partners
    • Organize, plan, and conduct preparation and support sessions in collaboration with pre-sales, delivery teams, and partners
    • Actively contribute to closing deals, with management support if needed, under the best margin conditions for Prodware
    • Lead the argumentation and financial negotiation phases, as well as the contractual negotiation phase with the legal department's support

    Qualities

    • Respect ADV and Management Control processes
    • Ensure project handover between sales/AVV and delivery
    • Commercial project monitoring, closely linked to the Project Director
    • Manage recovery actions and actively handle any customer disputes alongside the Project Director
    • Procedures and Reporting
    • Implement the commercial policy determined by management (margin)
    • Request manager approval for any deviations (margin, solvency, deposit, payment terms, ...)
    • Work diligently with the manager to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
    • Ensure the business development tools are up to date (CRM, contacts, pipeline, opportunities)
    • Provide accurate short and medium-term sales forecasts

    Sector Watch

    • Ensure active competitive monitoring to differentiate Prodware
    • Follow professional news in the sectors carried to identify evolution projects within target companies
    • Maintain excellent internal and external relationships (clients, publishers, partners) and particularly develop relationships with Microsoft's sales teams
    • Expand the network of influencers to boost business
    • Participate in publisher training and obtain required certifications in the mission scope

    Referencing

    • Regular lobbying (e.g., federations, professional unions, associations...)
    • Build a network of relationships with influencers, decision-makers, and institutions in the market

    Profile

    • Required Profile:
    • Degree in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university education
    • Significant experience in ERP solutions sales, or in logistics and Production Management solutions sales
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in integration project sales
    • Knowledge of ERPs (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
