Description
The Supply Chain Business Analyst is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and sourcing processes.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, cultivating supplier relationships for optimization, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services.
The ideal candidate should possess a sharp analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a dedicated focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions And Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Manager of Global Planning to define and execute key initiatives aligning with in-line and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies:
Heavy reporting responsibility to understand business status and impacts of decisions to make proposals and action plans.
Collect and communicate GTM status during meetings and regional check-ins with relevant stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Support supply chain and PO management
Provide reporting and identify project risk.
Create and manage POs and Work in Progress (WIPs) on a weekly basis.
Update pertinent PO management systems as necessary.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
Supplier management
Generate reports on supplier loads and forecasts.
Provide support to suppliers on any issues or communications related to the supply chain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Organize meetings and events to keep great relationships.
Develop an understanding of supplier capabilities.
Monthly component sales reporting by supplier.
Identify inefficiencies in supply chain and sourcing processes. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact across multiple business teams
Strong data analysis background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with relational databases (i.e. MS Access, Business Objects, etc.)
Education, Work Experience, And Professional Certifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or other related field
3-5 years of professional experience in related role.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
The expected annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $77,000 .
