Contrôleur junior Supply Chain & logistics (F/H)

Dans le cadre de projets de structuration logistique, le/la Contrôleur de Gestion Supply Chain et Logistics intervient en support des directions SC&Log et Immobiliers de ces 2 départements respectifs et des personnes en charge des opérations (Achats Indirects, Sécurité, Maintenance, prestataires externes, etc...). Les responsabilités sont les suivantes:

S'assurer de l'adéquation entre les dépenses des directions et le budget

Animer les instances de pilotage financier du projet

Coordonner le suivi des flux de commandes d'achats et de facturations associés

Contribuer à la bonne tenue des travaux de clôtures mensuelles des comptes tant pour les reportings statutaires que pour les reportings prévisionnels

Les missions principales sont les suivantes:

Effectuer le contrôle et le pilotage financier des projets

Accompagner des personnes en charge des opérations dans la compréhension des états d'avancement

Réaliser le suivi des flux de commandes d'achats et le flux des facturations associés

Mettre en place les reportings de suivi

S'assurer de la bonne tenue des travaux de clôtures mensuelles des comptes ainsi que des reportings associés

En complément de ces travaux:

Etre en support au pôle suivi budgétaire des Directions SC et Logistique (périmètre Louis Vuitton Malletier, WorldWide, Digital)

Effectuer un suivi Finance durable (sujets Taxonomie, mise en place de reportings...)

Etre en collaboration avec les différents projets finance Supply Chain & Log ou les mener de manière transverse

Se former et mettre en place un Power BI sur les sujets Supply Chain et Log

Profil:

Vous êtes d'une formation Bac+5 en école de commerce, d'ingénieur (ou équivalent). Vous avez déjà valorisé une expérience en finance et idéalement dans un secteur industriel. Vous maîtrisez un anglais courant (écrit et parlé). Vous maîtrisez le pack office et SAP, vous possédez de bonnes connaissances comptables de base (opex/capex) et l'outil Power Bi. Orienté résultats et clients, vous possédez un leadership naturel et d'excellentes capacités d'analyses. Votre curiosité et votre enthousiasme vous permettent de relever les challenges et d'accompagner les projets.
