About This Position


The NetSuite Administrator / Systems Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, workflow, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP System.

The scope requires a strong background in Finance and Supply Chain.

They will also be responsible for managing cross departmental projects dependent on NetSuite solutions, that includes Financial, Product Management, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees configurations and maintenance of ADS's NetSuite ERP System.
  • Responsible for NetSuite interfaces from legacy systems, and testing new releases.
  • Collaborates alongside supply chain stakeholders to improve systems and processes in the areas of Warehouse Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Demand Planning
  • Collaborates alongside the finance team to improve NetSuite workflows, configurations, and reporting needs in their area.
  • Collaborates with all ADS NetSuite stakeholders in defining roles, documenting process flows, developing user guides, and providing training.
  • Proposes improvements to the NetSuite ERP system and the business systems that interface with it
  • Proactively improves, make recommendations, and creates efficiencies of work and data flows within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem to achieve business continuity, efficiencies, and meet key stake holder requirements.
  • Responsible for other requests as assigned by Management.
  • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
  • Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback as to improve processes and policies.
  • Attends all department, team, and company meetings as required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience with minimum qualifications
  • 24 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with focus in the areas of Financials, Supply Chain (Product Mgt, Procurement, and Inventory & Warehouse Management) at a multisubsidiary company
  • Critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, NetSuite configurations, business process development, systems design, and consolidated testing.
  • Working knowledge of computer/data entry with the ability to learn new systems
  • Basic level of MS Office proficiency
