Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business holistically to connect individual initiatives and requirements into global solutions
  • Conduct regular meetings with Business counterparts to identify and prioritize initiatives and recommend solutions that maximize value of technology to the business
  • Understand daytoday supply planning & supplier collaboration processes and "pain points" to recognize emerging needsProvide timely and quality Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning support:
  • Empower business users to get maximum value out of existing IT supply planning solutionResolve data integrity and integration related issues-
  • Maximize the use of OTBI reports to address business requirements-
  • Evolve planning solution:
  • Understand changing business requirements and provide suggestions to enhance plan quality, make required changes and plan production roll-outs-
  • Analyze Oracle Supply Planning Cloud regular releases, recognize their value to the planning process and drive desired features implementation-
  • Work with Oracle Support and development teams to influence cloud solution evolution-
  • Extend and support solution globally-
  • As a Supplier Collaboration Expert, ensure supplier collaboration solution CSE (Collaborative Supply Execution from JDA/Blue Yonder) stability and align functionality to the business requirements to ensure maximum value of CSE to TaylorMade Golf buyers
  • Recommend sustainable solutions for current business needs, develop and execute implementation planUnderstand IT trends and align with Global IT strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in very fast-paced and dynamic global work environment
  • Work closely with IT counterparts and business partners locally as well as from other business units around the world
  • Participate actively in IT innovation and continuous process improvement

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
  • Deep understanding of Supply Planning concepts
  • Proficiency in data mining and manipulation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Highly developed customerfocused skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to plan and schedule work
  • Active team member but able to work autonomously
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including the ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with IT peers and business colleagues
  • Happy to work in a multicultural environment
  • Drives a culture of creativity and innovation

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering
  • 4+ years of work experience in:
  • Supply chain planning IT solutions support & management
  • Demand Planning & S&OP IT solutions support & management 4+ years of experience designing, developing or implementing IT solutions
  • Experience in a process industry, preferably consumer products focused on manufacturing and supply chain

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.

The expected annual base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
