As a Production Manager at Falcon's Creative Group, you will play a vital role in bringing immersive and captivating experiences to life.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various aspects of production within themed entertainment projects.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and creative work environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of media production pipelines, and a willingness to learn about new technologies applicable to our field.

This job is based in our office in Orlando, Florida.

Applicants must either live in the area or be willing to move to Central Florida and work from the office daily.

Essential Functions:
Maintain a great working relationship with supervisors and CG artists.
Track artists' tasks and schedules.
Track daily goals and production milestones.
Work with the pipeline department to improve workflow and troubleshoot issues.
Produce regular reports for all media projects.
Coordinate with the production team for weekly goals.
Coordinate bidding process with artists.
Be willing to extend or adjust work hours to manage, wrangle, and package outgoing files and deliverables.
Ensure that production deliveries are on time and contractually complete.
Elevate any concerns well in advance.
Prepare and present production reports, including status updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments on a monthly basis.
Team Development

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.
Provide mentorship and support to enhance skills and performance within the production team.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in a professional visual effects, animation, or gaming studio is required.
Previous experience as a production manager is preferred.
Experience with project management software is essential, preferably Jira.
Shotgrid (Shotgun) experience is required.
Proficiency in all MS Office programs is essential.
Experience working with a team in a mixed software environment.
Candidate must be a problem solver and team player and very organized, self-motivated, pro-active, and communicative.

Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
