- B.S. in Chemical Engineering (MS or PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years' experience
- Manufacturing background
- Experience in chemical process and equipment design and development for mixing or other processing methods
- Broad range of industrial applications experience involving pharmaceuticals, batteries/energy storage, or other industrial processes.
- Knowledge of mixing fundamentals and design parameters for conventional mixing processes
- Develop strong chemical engineering research and development capabilities
- Design and develop chemical processes and equipment for manufacturing operations
- Conduct research to develop new chemical products/processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Implement and maintain process control systems, including logic controllers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to chemical processes
- Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures
- Monitor production data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Proven experience in chemical process design and development
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with industry regulations
- Experience with quantum engineering concepts
- Proficiency in using computer software for process simulation and data analysis
