    Jo b Purpose

    Staff Engineer will assist with project management, technical support and operational support for acid mine drainage systems near Gardnerville, NV/Markleeville, CA, or at Rico, Colorado.

    The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or a similar discipline. The is a full-time position based out of Alloy's office in Montana. Employees may work on-site during our active season annually.

    EssentialFunctions
    Assist with development of environmental or civil designs, remedial designs, process designs, and other technical reports;

    Manage and evaluate data;

    Interpret geologic, hydrogeologic and environmental data;

    Coordinate with project management teams and other discipline leads to manage project deliverables, ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved;

    Provide onsite engineering analysis and administrative support;

    Provide oversight for operations and maintenance crews;

    Guide troubleshooting efforts on site;

    Act as back up operator as required;

    Manage site resources and ensure planned tasks are completed;

    Manage critical equipment inventory and spare parts; and

    Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines in the execution of all work.

    Competencies
    Strong written and verbal communication skills to include proven technical writing experience.

    Excellent organization and attention to detailrequired.

    Exhibit flexibility to work on multiple tasks or projects and react to changing client expectations.

    Ability to take direction and function independently.

    Must pass background check and must have a satisfactory driving recordin accordance withthe Company's driving (MVR) policy.

    Required Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Environmental,Civil, or Chemical Engineering or similar discipline

    Base understanding of Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office
