Whether it's production materials, tools, or services, your clear analyses and strategic foresight ensure the supply of our production areas and put future products on an optimal cost basis.
Specifically, you analyze procurement markets and costs (target costing), compare different offers, and place (initial) orders.
Your insights contribute to important make-or-buy decisions - and you also ensure that purchasing is involved early in the product development process.
In addition, you create future-oriented material field strategies and ensure a win-win situation during negotiations for framework agreements.
Knowing the importance of supplier quality, you select suitable partners and develop them further - always with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, flexibility, and price.

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, alternatively completed training with many years of professional experience in purchasing.
Professional experience in international strategic purchasing in a production company, desirable for the product groups of packaging, wood, and/or chemical products.
Excellent negotiation skills and project management expertise.
Strong technical understanding, such as reading technical drawings.
Cross-process, entrepreneurial understanding, thinking, and acting.
Excellent SAP knowledge (SAP MM) or experience
