    M-F, 8am -5pm

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team, responsible for component or system-level packaging design and thermal simulation.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for our electronics products, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and thermal management.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our projects.


    Qualifications:

    • Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Required: Bilingual in English and Mandarin
