The Job:
The Service Writer/Advisor will be creating and monitoring work orders, track PM repairs and schedule repairs accordingly. They will also be responsible and perform a range of duties including but not limited to; Enter hours, File DVIR's, Order/pick up parts as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and Monitor Work Orders (Ensure parts are charged out)
· Fuel Dips, DEF, W/Washer Fluid
· File DVIR's
· Check Hours and Mileage
· Enter and send out Oil Samples
· Attach PMs to Work Orders
· Previous experience with trucks would be considered an asset
· Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks
· Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization
· Must be able to multi-task, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn
