    Job Description

    The Member Services Coordinator role requires experience in Real Estate and Customer Service. Familiarity with Microsoft, Outlook, Adobe, Constant Contact, WordPress, Zoom, and other software is preferred as you will use these tools daily. Exceptional telephone etiquette is a must.

    Main responsibilities and duties:

    • Answering incoming calls and assisting visitors entering the premises. You represent the company as the initial point of contact.
    • Handling new agent registrations for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Supra.
    • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of common areas.
    • We are seeking a Team Player who can collaborate with other team members and also take initiative in their role.
