    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning of how to market and promote the product to the public
  • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
  • Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability

    • Requirements

  • 4+ years of business analysis, or related experience
  • 3+ years working with software products
  • 1+ years experience with Netsuite
  • Understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance preferred
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met
  • Project management and business analysis skills
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
  • Experience with Agile processes and tools, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira

    • Nice to have

  • Experience in developing drafts of user interfaces
  • Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies
  • Professional certification (CCBA, CBAP - IIBA, PMI-PBA - PMI, CPRE - IREB)
