Position Overview:

A leading company in the hair product manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator. This role is crucial in customizing and managing our NetSuite ERP system to meet our unique business needs.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Customization and Optimization: Customize and configure the NetSuite application according to specific business requirements, ensuring that it aligns with our processes in the hair product industry.
NetSuite Management: Perform regular maintenance and administration of the NetSuite ERP system, guaranteeing optimal performance to support business operations.
Integration Management: Manage and oversee the integration of NetSuite with other business-critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Experience with integration platforms like Celigo is highly advantageous.
User Support and Training: Serve as the go-to expert for all NetSuite-related inquiries within the organization. Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance in utilizing NetSuite's full capabilities.
Data Integrity and Audits: Develop policies and procedures for data quality assurance within NetSuite, conducting regular audits and coordinating with different departments to maintain data integrity.
Reports and Searches: Help build complex reports and searches in NetSuite, and train/assist end users in building their own.
Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects within NetSuite, involving customizations and integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of NetSuite processes, system enhancements, and their modifications, focusing on how they relate to manufacturing and distribution operations.
System Security: Manage configuration changes, including adjustments to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, and custom objects, while ensuring robust system security and appropriate user access levels.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in a NetSuite Administrator role, with experience in customization and integration.
Experience with integration platforms, particularly Celigo, is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in translating complex technical needs into practical business solutions.
