As a Compliance Officer at Cardless, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the compliant launch of custom cobrand credit cards. Your responsibilities will involve developing internal controls, supporting monitoring programs, managing special projects, and collaborating with various teams to uphold regulatory requirements. This position offers the flexibility to be based either in our San Francisco headquarters or work remotely.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls
Support monitoring programs and testing activities
Lead initiatives and manage high-impact projects
Handle compliance tasks such as investigations and submissions
Conduct audits, examinations, and regulatory procedures
Educate and train employees on compliance matters
Maintain compliance program policies and documentation
Review quality assurance data and collaborate with the Customer Support team
Engage with bank partners and collaborate cross-functionally

Your Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Consumer Compliance laws and regulations
Experience in supporting Credit Cards or Lending Products
5+ years of financial regulatory compliance experience
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with industry practices and standards
