- Responsible for performing diverseand complex analysis of privacy investigations with consideration of thenumerous federal and state breach laws.
- Managing a caseload to ensure accuracy ofdocumenting and tracking investigations and decisions.
- Prepare and complete required forms (as needed) forregulatory reporting.
- Ensure investigations are completed accurately, timely andmeeting regulatory requirements.
- Respond to privacy investigation inquiries.

The Compliance Officer Position will join our Compliance Privacy Team, specifically our Privacy Response Team.This position's main responsibility is to conduct Privacy investigations and manage their own Privacy investigation caseload involving potential breach of customer, consumer or employee information.
The position will be based in Salt Lake City, UT, or Houston, TX and is eligible to work from home Tuesdays and Fridays to align with the flexible department schedule (subject to periodic review).

Qualification:
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.2+ years working experience in banking/financial services regulatory compliance, auditing, risk management or other directly related experience.
Working knowledge of federal and state compliance privacy laws and regulationsEffective research, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills required.
Must be results oriented and can work independently and meet deadlines and track multiple tasks and priorities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work freely and comfortably with staff and management at all levels.
