    Description
    Join our team as a proactive and customer-focused Showroom & Event Coordinator. Your role involves ensuring a warm and inviting experience for showroom visitors, coordinating company events, and supporting administrative tasks. Welcome guests to the showroom warmly and professionally, building positive relationships.
    Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
    Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics.
    Coordinate with vendors and maintain relationships for smooth operations.
    Plan and execute company events, collaborating with the ESOP committee for themes and logistics.
    Communicate event details to teams and guests, ensuring a seamless experience.

    Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Dave Fox is a design-build firm specializing in full-scale residential remodeling projects.

    We work with our clients every step of the way, from conceptual design plans to material selections, and through the execution of the construction.
