    Description

    Job Summary:
    Join our team as a proactive and customer-focused Showroom & Event Coordinator. Your role involves ensuring a warm and inviting experience for showroom visitors, coordinating company events, and supporting administrative tasks. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and strong organizational abilities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Welcome guests to the showroom warmly and professionally, building positive relationships.
    Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
    Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics.
    Coordinate with vendors and maintain relationships for smooth operations.
    Plan and execute company events, collaborating with the ESOP committee for themes and logistics.
    Communicate event details to teams and guests, ensuring a seamless experience.


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or business education is a plus.
    Previous experience in customer service or reception, preferably in retail or showroom settings.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
    Organizational ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
