    Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience leading $100M+ ground up Healthcare construction projects in the Columbus area.

    This person will hit the ground running and this particular GC is well-known for the incredible support provided across their project management team - giving you the backing you need to do your job well, while also providing autonomy.

    Well established construction enterprise company founded in the 1930's who consistently prove their value to the industry with a portfolio of high quality projects.

    Our client prides themselves on quality and predictability in their services.

    Throughout their profound history, they have constructed numerous commercial, institutional, and manufacturing buildings, mixed-use facilities, parking structures, renovations, additions, interior fit-outs, water and waste-water treatment plants and other heavy industrial projects throughout the Midwest.

    Program and project management
    Oversee and lead large, complex projects
    Demonstrate a focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Proactively manage project-related issues and mitigate risks.
    Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.
    Develop scope, budget and schedule for assigned projects.
    Conduct and document meetings.
    Interact and negotiate with consultants and contractors
    Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
    Proven track record as a Project Manager or APM
    Experience installation, concrete, or steel construction is a plus
    Proficient computer skills
    High Profile Projects and emphasis on company culture
