- Order Process: Orders equipment through approved vendors and tracks and reports until received.
- Sourcing Strategy: Aligns to Client approved equipment and models.
- Inventory Management: Creates and maintains inventory reporting by project.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas within the procurement process that can be streamlined or automated to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Technology Utilization: Creation of warehouses by project and follow SOPs as defined.
- Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Staying current with industry trends and leveraging data analytics are essential for optimizing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.
- Occasional walking between facilities.
- Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.
