What to expect

Together with your team, you will advise internationally operating companies, banks, insurance companies and other financial service providers on M&A transactions in Germany and other European countries.
Our focus areas include financial due diligence, financial fact books, company valuations, as well as comprehensive support for sales processes and coordination of other transaction teams.
In addition, you will conduct market analyses and support the creation, analysis and plausibility check of integrated financial or company plans (financial modelling).
Through our diverse projects, you will sharpen and expand your existing consulting expertise, presentation skills and project management abilities.
You will take on increasingly challenging tasks, have daily direct contact with clients and assume responsibility.

What you bring

Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, (business) engineering or a comparable degree program.
Ideally 23 years of professional experience in transaction consulting, due diligence, M&A investment banking or finance.
Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, excellent analytical abilities, as well as a high level of initiative and responsibility.
The ability to quickly grasp complex relationships, find goaloriented solutions and implement them.
