Centenary, SC is a nationwide and international valuation company with a focus in Berlin, established in 2007. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Valuer and Chartered Surveyor to join our team in Berlin.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting valuations of developed and undeveloped properties, as well as special properties, in accordance with 194 BauGB and 16 PfandBG
Completing market and mortgage valuations for residential and commercial properties
Organizing and conducting property inspections
Independently and responsibly managing workload

Requirements:

University degree in a relevant field (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, surveying, business or real estate)
Professional qualifications and certifications
Several years of experience in property valuation
Knowledge of valuation software, preferably LORA
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
