    Sales Associate

    About Us:

We're seeking a proactive Sales Associate who loves generating leads and achieving results. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a talent for lead generation, we want you on our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the charge in generating leads and engaging potential customers in retail environments.
    • Proactively approach customers, introducing them to our premier products and services.
    • Demonstrate products and address customer inquiries with enthusiasm and precision.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product/service lineup and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
    • Exceed sales targets through persistent effort.
    • Keep detailed records of lead generation and sales activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in lead generation or sales is required.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are highly valued.
    • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and evenings, is necessary.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
