Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (Bilingual skills in another language is a plus)
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, appliances, or wireless sales
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and stock inventory
• Must be able to climb ladders, go up and down staircases and at times assist with heavy lifting.

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
