    Description

    Software Technical Leader:

    The ideal candidate needs to have experience in Biopharma/Life Sciences Industry, and should be available on-site in Edison, NJ daily. This role requires someone who can effectively present information to groups of all sizes, collaborate with multiple teams, and approach all interactions with warmth and dedication. The candidate should be dedicated to supporting both internal teams and customers to achieve successful outcomes through authentic and transparent communication.

    Education/Experience:

    • Degree in IT, computer, or clinical field required; Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of technical experience.
    • At least 5 years in an SME role with a proven track record of delivering technical and clinical solutions.
    • Experience in developing clinical services and viable solutions, particularly for clinical processes and data flows.
    • Knowledge of clinical and operational data, and experience in clinical information management.
    • Understanding of Database concepts – structured Vs non-structured data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support in assessing and identifying new capabilities, and develop recommendations based on high-level client requirements.
    • Understand various business needs and assist the customer success team in devising strategies for a client-facing collaboration that meets requirements.
    • Develop business specifications and work with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
    • Create design documents, data flow architecture, and implement new integration processes and improvements for streamlined operations and enhanced customer adoption.
    • Support RFP activities and provide expertise in high and low-level designs, resource estimations, and business analysis.
    • Mentor team members and collaborate closely with the Client support team to enhance customer experience through issue monitoring and assistance.
    • Troubleshoot application issues, support day-to-day operation tasks, and contribute to application and product development initiatives.
    • Assess resource and SME needs for software development projects, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
    • Identify opportunities for business process improvements, stay updated on market trends in clinical/healthcare analytics, and manage customer audit/inspection responses.
