Our client in the Wilmington, Ma area is looking to add a customer focused, detailed oriented sales professional to their team As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

You'll be responsible for coordinating sales-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding customer service.

Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.

Assist in the preparation and execution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing sales materials.
