Counter / Inside Sales/ Warehouse

The Belknap White Group is one of the largest flooring distributors in the US, servicing all of New York, New Jersey and New England, we offer seven solution center locations throughout our territory with local inventory availability and job site delivery capability.

We offer residential and commercial customers a diverse portfolio of best-in-class surface materials including ceramic and porcelain tile, unfinished and pre-finished wood, laminate and resilient flooring, as well as supplies and materials.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service while taking and entering customer orders accurately and efficiently in person, over the phone or electronically.

Provide all order status updates. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.

Coordinate sales promotion activities and prepare merchandise displays.

Order all material to maintain appropriate stock.

Work in collaboration with outside sales to meet business demands.

Receive and unload products using a forklift in narrow aisles in a safe manner. Verify accuracy of items received and store items in correct locations.

Pick/load correct product and correct number of products per instructions.

Maintain a clean and orderly facility and provide administrative support as needed
