    Overview of Role:
    • The Senior Travel Consultant role at Amex GBT Egencia focuses on delivering exceptional travel service experiences for Corporate and Business Travel Customers.
    • Working as a specialized and knowledgeable team, our Travel Consultants offer outstanding traveler care, first call resolution, and top-notch customer service to our corporate clients.
    • You will have direct accountability for service relationships and customer experiences, providing creative travel solutions, using available tools and technology to enhance customer satisfaction, and drive supplier revenue.

    What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

    • Work in the Afterhours Department, available 24/7, including holidays and weekends.
    • Flexible shifts between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pacific Time, including weekends and holidays.
    • Support calls from both US and Canada, with TICO Certification as a requirement.
    • Act as a Travel Advisor and Consultant for Corporate Business accounts, handling various travel requirements.
    • Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations to clients, ensuring adherence to travel policies and requirements.
    • Meet individual/shared team goals and Key Performance Indicators.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for all supported customers and locations.
    • Handle end-to-end booking processes for travel accommodations through various platforms.

    What We're Looking For:

    • In-depth knowledge of international travel bookings, high touch customer service, GDS Sabre, and business travel experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of travel trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
    • Problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and background in business travel or airline reservation.

    Location: United States


    • Virtual Location: The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $17.00 to $33.00 per hour. Actual rate will depend on experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
