- Oversee all quality operations at the site near Joliet
- Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits
- Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
- Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformance's
- Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
- Generate documentation and standards for new products
- Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives

- 2+ years experience in quality
- Background in electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Experience with New Product Development
- Strong communication skills, experience with customers
- Degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers What's on Offer
- Base Salary between $80,000 and $100,000
